Every 6-8 weeks, you'll come in for a move-up. As your natural hair grows, your extension rows grow with it, and we’ll gently move them back into place along with color your natural hair and the extensions for a seamless, fresh look. This ensures that your extensions stay in top shape and continue to blend beautifully with your natural hair.

To ensure a tranquil experience for all our guests, we kindly ask that you refrain from bringing additional guests, children, or pets to your appointment. Our space is designed as a serene escape, and this helps us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
We LOVE that so many of our guests use their hair appointment as an opportunity to multitask and get some work done. If you need to join a virtual meeting during your visit, no problem at all! Just bring a pair of headphones to keep things discreet and respectful for other clients. We want to provide a seamless and enjoyable experience for all, and these small considerations make a big difference.
If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you reschedule your appointment. This helps us maintain a safe and healthy environment for both our staff and clients. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us keep our salon a peaceful retreat.
NO SHOWS & LATE ARRIVALS
We get it—life is unpredictable, and sometimes plans change.
That's why we're here to work with you, ensuring that your experience is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.
We understand that your time is precious, and we believe ours is too. To help us continue providing top-notch service and to accommodate all of our valued clients, we kindly ask that if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please give us a heads-up no later than 48 hours before your scheduled visit. This little courtesy allows us to adjust our schedule and offer your slot to someone else who's been waiting for an opening.
However, we also know that last-minute changes can't always be avoided. In those instances where notification isn't given within the 48-hour window, a cancellation fee of $250 will be applied. This policy helps us maintain the high standard of service you've come to expect from us, ensuring that every visit is nothing short of exceptional. Thanks for your understanding and for helping us keep things running smoothly for everyone.
Traffic. Kids. Work. We get it! Life doesn’t always run on a schedule, however if you’re more than 20 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment (with a $250 cancellation fee), or discuss options on how we can shorten your appointment to still accommodate you for your originally scheduled time (at the artist’s discretion, no guarantees).
